50% Pinot Noir – 50% Meunier

Characteristics:

3 years of bottle ageing. This Rosé de Saignée was obtained by maceration, which gives this cuvee its vivid color and its aromas of red fruit. Nice pink color and rich of fine bubbles. Discrete in the nose and refined with subtle hints of blackberries. In the mouth a nice balance between full bodied and freshness. A pure and intense champagne with a remarkable long finish.

This fine and delicate rosé could be served as an aperitif, or during your dinner outside on a summer evening…
